Today, my friend called me for a dinner in the park. The sun was there. It was sunny. We ate salad, fruits salad and at the end the incredible ice cream that she had made ( There were two flavours: chocolate and coffee. Both were are fantastic both). After this the delicious meal, I went at to work. At 4 PM we had a birthday party at 4 pm of for 30 children in English. I practiced my english this afternoon. Sometimes my sentences doesn't don't made make sense, but it's fine. My co-worker said he was impressed by my enthusiasm that my animation was awesome. I'm not sure about that: I made a lot of mistakes but I like children. I think it's that's the most important thing. For To answer to my friend Flo, my favorite characters in Grey's anatomy are Dr Bailey, Meredith, Izzie (absolutely, she's wonderful) and Dr Mc Dreamy (He's so cute).
Tomorrow, I'll go to Trois-Rivières. I'll have a meeting. I'll use my brain many times. ;-)
Good night, my friends,

The weather has been incredible recently!
Unfortunately, our apartment complex is mid-way through its annual inspection of the air conditioning system. That means there'll be no air conditioning until the inspection is complete. I think I'm in for some hot nights here!
Anyway, here are some corrections:
* Today, my friend called me for dinner in the park.
Dinner doesn't require an indefinite article, even though its a singular noun. So you can say "Dinners are provided by the hotel," (many dinners) but "I'm eating dinner" (one dinner).
* The sun was out.
This is just a phrase we use in English. You can also say "It was sunny."
* We ate some salad, fruit salad, and, for dessert, the incredible ice cream that she had made. (There were two flavours: chocolate and coffee. Both were fantastic!)
"Fruit" is normally an uncountable noun (like "water"), so we say things like "fruit salad" and "would you like some fruit?"
* After the delicious meal, I went to work.
* At 4 PM we had a birthday party for 30 children in English.
* Sometimes my sentences don't make sense, but it's fine.
"Sentences" is plural, so we use the conjugation "do not" or "don't" instead of "doesn't." (And, yes! Your sentences are fine. :-)
* My co-worker said (he/she) was impressed by my enthusiasm.
The word "Animation" normally refers to a cartoon. You can say someone "is animated" to mean that they are enthusiastic, but if you refer to someone's "animation," it means they've created a cartoon. :-)
* I think that's the most important thing.
* To answer my friend Flo...
That's it!
Even with these errors, your sentences were all perfectly understandable. I hope I'll be as good in French as you are in English soon! :-)
